Stop walking in asking “how do I close this?” Walk in asking “how do I help this person win?” It is a small switch that changes everything about how you show up. When the goal is to solve their problem, the sale stops being something you chase and becomes the natural result of being useful.
Play the Long Game
Rohn was all about relationships and reputation built over years. One deal does not define you. Your consistency and your integrity do. That is the heart of what we mean on the show when we say to serve people instead of selling them.
